Check the if the user is trusted. You can do this by checking the thread for [https://wiki.msger.us/index.php/Dictionary#Vouch vouches] by [https://wiki.msger.us/index.php/Dictionary#Reputable_Member reputable members]. You can see if the seller is a new or older member and if they active on the forums (they have lots of posts). However, even doing these checks will keep your free from getting scammed. If the user is trusted, it is unlikely they will scam you, but not guaranteed.

Some MPGH Sellers have a heavy load on them and may just be busy. Message the seller on his/her preferred means of contact and try to sort it out. If he/she does not respond within 24 hours or you cannot sort it out, file a scam report in the [https://www.mpgh.net/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=165 Scammers Grave] section.
