**Raple's Sleepy Time Friend Sprite fixed

**New Dungeon: Banshee Den, a high level dungeon that holds a new dagger of extreme value.
**New Commands: Every player can use /level20 to instantly level up.
**Realm Change: Gods now spawn, in smaller quantities, in the lower lands instead of only godlands.
**Beta Rings are now added and claimable.
**T8 Rings (amulets) are now in the game, but do not yet have a drop source.
**Several new UTs of high value are now in the game.
**New Rarity Tiers: many custom items that have been added will now have a new rarity to reflect their true value. These are Epic, Legendary, and Primal, with UT being the one right below all 3.
