Bitcoin (BTC)

Is a cryptocurrency and a popular means of paying for items in the MPGH Marketplace. It is popular due to the back that once the money is sent, it can never be charge backed or refunded back to the sender (unless the receiver physically sends it back).

Bump

A bump refers to the act of posting in a thread for the sole purpose of "bumping" it back to the top of the forum. This can be simply replying to another person, posting an update, or literally posting "bump". In most sections, the act of bumping a thread may only be done once every 24 hours. This rule is in effect in every marketplace and on release threads by the original poster only.

Cracked Account

A cracked account is an account which has had it's details discovered through various means, essentially "cracking" into it and giving someone temporary access. These accounts typically only last for a limited amount of time, as the account itself is still owned by another person.

This is not the same as hacking someone's account directly. Accounts such as these are not allowed to be sold on MPGH. Also, accounts hacked from another MPGH user are not allowed to be sold.

Ethereum (ETH)

Is a cryptocurrency and a popular means of paying for items in the MPGH Marketplace. It is popular due to the back that once the money is sent, it can never be charge backed or refunded back to the sender (unless the receiver physically sends it back).

Premium

Premium is a rank on MPGH for those who donate. It's a one time payment of $25 and you get the premium image tag, gray colored bold name, larger avatar image size (250x200), less post restrictions, bypass many requirements, and access to the Member Level 2 Forum section.

This rank was previously referred to as Donator before it was changed.

Premium Seller

Premium seller is a rank on MPGH for those who participate frequently in the marketplace. It's a one time payment of $100 and you get the premium seller image tag, gold colored bold name, larger avatar image size (250x200), bypass requirements for many things, and a highlighted thread for increased visibility in the market place.

This rank is NOT associated with Premium in any way. The benefits given to premium members do not correlate with the benefits given to premium sellers. To have both sets of permissions, you must purchase both ranks.

SE or Social Engineering

Is an illegal activity where one tricks a company into giving them free items or a refund by exploiting a company's policies with false information.

It can also be described as the act of manipulating someone through words and actions to get them to do what you want.

Reputable Member

Typically, most staff members can be considered reputable or trusted as the staff team is always picked and managed by the administration. Members with the "Trusted Member" tag can absolutely be considered reputable, as they are only granted that tag through community input on who we think is trusted.

Just because a person has "Premium" or "Premium Seller" does not make them reputable. These tags can be purchased at any time, no matter how many posts or reputation you actually have. While it may reduce a person's intention to break rules or scam because of the financial aspect of these ranks, it does not rule out the possibility.

Typically, users with 1500+ posts and 3 months of activity are somewhat reputable. Users with these requirements have the ability to take and review vouch copies, as well as bypass certain specific restrictions.

In the end, it is up to the user to figure out who they consider reputable.

Vouch

A vouch is a review of a product/service by a previous buyer. Typically, brand new users are not allowed to give vouches.

Vouch Copy

Is the reviewing of a service/product by a reputable member who received the product/service for free. This system is required to prove whether or not a seller of a service/eBook or anything else related to those topics is legitimate. This system is used for most things purchased that cannot show "proof" of their merchandise (examples: eBook sales, SEing service, refunding service).

Vouch Copy Profile

This is a thread made in the "Vouch Copy Profiles" section of the marketplace. In this thread, you list your benefits as a voucher that could be useful or beneficial to the seller. In essence, you're trying to convince sellers that you are a reliable voucher and can give an accurate and honest review of their product.
