Typically, most staff members can be considered reputable or trusted as the staff team is always picked and managed by the administration. Members with the "Trusted Member" tag can absolutely be considered reputable, as they are only granted that tag through community input on who we think is trusted.
Just because a person has "Premium" or "Premium Seller" does not make they them reputable. These tags can be purchased at any time, no matter how many posts or reputation you actually have. While it may reduce a person's intention to break rules or scam because of the financial aspect of these ranks, it does not rule out the possibility.
Typically, users with 1500+ posts and 3 months of activity are somewhat reputable. Users with these requirements have the ability to take and review vouch copies, as well as bypass certain specific restrictions.
